On Friday, October 16, Chef Jane Wild and Joseph Thompson, Introductory Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers, will host an evening built around the conversation between food and wine.
Jane will serve a multi-course seasonal dinner, with each course paired to a wine selected and guided by Joseph.
The table is intentionally small. The pace is unhurried. The idea is simple: thoughtful food, thoughtful wine, and the kind of conversation that happens when people have enough time to actually settle in.
