A multi-course, family-style dinner celebrating the Texas autumn harvest at Jane’s long table.
This menu follows the season as it begins to shift. Late-summer abundance meets the first deeper flavors of fall, with local ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and dishes meant to be passed, shared, and lingered over.
It is an evening rooted in the rhythm of the harvest. A chance to slow down, gather close, and enjoy what Texas is giving us right now before the holidays begin to take over.
